How long does nurse recruitment to Kuwait take?
Shortlisting takes 7–10 working days for most nursing categories. The full cycle to joining depends on Ministry of Health licensing and DataFlow, which typically runs 8–16 weeks. We give you a category-specific timeline before we start, and status updates weekly.
Do you handle MOH licensing and DataFlow?
Yes — that is a core part of the service. We prepare and file the licensing paperwork, initiate and follow up DataFlow primary-source verification, arrange certificate attestation, and organise the pre-medical before visa processing.
Which countries do you recruit for besides Kuwait?
Kuwait is our main focus. We also recruit for employers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain, and will take enquiries from further afield where the category and approvals allow.
Which nursing specialties do you cover?
Staff nurses plus ICU, CCU, OT, dialysis, emergency, paediatrics, neonatal, midwifery, oncology and home-care nursing. We also recruit doctors, lab technologists, radiographers, pharmacists and physiotherapists.
I am a candidate — is there a fee?
Registration and shortlisting against employer mandates is free. Optional services such as CV writing and interview coaching are quoted and agreed before any work begins, and statutory costs (attestation, medical, visa) are always explained up front.
Do you recruit for non-medical roles?
Yes. Alongside healthcare we recruit hospitality and catering staff, facilities management teams, construction trades, drivers, retail and administrative support for employers in Kuwait and the wider Gulf.
