This policy explains what we do with the information you share with us — as a candidate registering with us, or as an employer engaging our services.
What we collect
Contact details, CV, qualification and registration information you submit through our forms, by email or in person; documents required for licensing and visa processing; and basic analytics about how this site is used.
How we use it
To assess suitability for open vacancies, to complete the verification, licensing and visa documentation required by employers and authorities such as the Kuwait Ministry of Health and DataFlow, and to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Prospective employers you have consented to be represented to, and the licensing, verification, medical and visa authorities required to process an application. Nothing else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Candidate records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to remove your record sooner at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
